| How Hot is the Wax ? | This is not same temperature wax you may felt in the past when you were moving a candle ! Avg. melting point for store bought candles is 145-210 deg, my candles are 105-125 deg. plus height in which is dripped / Painted can also control the temperature. | |
| What should I do to prepare to be waxed | Don't wear oil based lotions, perfume, cologne, oil based items can make the heat last longer on skin. | |
| Do you have to show your face ? | No ! We can blur your face, or put hood on you when photos are taken. | |
| Will I get to approve the photos before they are posted ? | Yes ! you will be given the link to review and approve first before its link to the photo page. | |
| Will I have to sign a release ?

| What if I have issue with parts the model release ? | I'm Flexible, but please bring this up to me before we schedule the waxing, so all this can be ironed out before hand !!!!!!! | |
| How much of a "scene" will this be ? | That will be up to you and what we negotiable, a lot of "painting waxing" are very low key, lots of chatting, but you still may go into subspace. | |
| Who all will be there ? | Most of the time its "US" sometimes It will only be TD all this will be negotiated before hand, If you want we can have others, some of the older waxing scene we had 3-5 friends helping, it was great fun loving time had by all. If your owned they are of course welcome. Once in passed we even did waxing on CAM to let someone she wanted to watch who was out of state. | |
| How much will this waxing be "sexual" | A scene by nature is "sexual" but that does NOT mean sex does not mean penetration by ANYTHING ( Unless its negotiated or all party approve ). There will be dripping/painting of wax in "private" area. Then wax removal there will be some touching by hands/fingers and knife ( Knife is negotiable ) | |
| Do I have to be totally nude ? | No, your welcome to keep your panties / underwear on, or something like that , but you will be "missing out" Audrey says wax down "there" feels like a 1000 little warm fingers. You will never get wax out of them so don't wear your favor pair. | |
| Waxing Scenes are normally done at our house, we maybe able to work something out at another location | We must know you a little and have
some level of trust !!!!!! Before you will be invite to our house.

| Will the Photos be used anyplace else beside www.bdsmwaxplay.com ? | Yes, I
normally have photo album of my waxing scenes, I like to show off at
events, vending and classes. When I vending normally have slideshow
of photos on a laptop. I will also normally post a few on
other site under MY accounts, so I still have full access
/ control of them. ie mydungeonspace, collarme, Alt, Bondage,
BDSM yahoo groups, JT stockroom forum. If I really like the waxing
art work I may even put on some of my labels for candles.
If a third party or wholesaler wants to use your photo, I shall get your written approved from each models allowed them to use them. And you have full right to say NO |

| Do I have to be bound ? | Most of the time No, more so if this is "painting waxing / Art work " one of those waxing took 4.5 hours !!!! So you can see being bound would get old fast. Now if you really enjoy it we could start off that way to help you get into your frame of mind if needed. | |

Model Release
I,____________________________, do hereby give BDSMwaxplay, and parties designated by BDSMwaxplay, including clients, licensees, purchasers, agencies, and periodicals, the irrevocable right to use my nude and clothed photographs for reproduction in any medium including but not limited to print and electronic (e.g.: Internet) for purposes of advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use. I declare that the photographer who took the photos and I, the model, have an understanding where by I have the rights to give full permission to Tenderdom aka Tim C and/or BDSMwaxplay to use the images I supplied, both printed images and electronic files (e.g., .jpg images). I also declare that the person in the photographs is indeed me.
Model shall have the right to Review, inspect and approve the finished product before photos are linked to web site, advertising, trade, display, exhibition or editorial use. Models will have right to approve use of photos for any reseller Vendors use.
Model will have the right to ask that photos be removed from web site and stop using photo on display, exhibitions. Model must make this reqest in writing. BDSMwaxplay shall have 90 days to removed said photos. Model will understand some photos may be on internet and beyond BDSMwaxplay removable capability.
I further release Tenderdom aka Tim C and/or BDSMwaxplay or others for whom he/she/they is/are acting, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images…unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting the Model to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity.
I acknowledge that the photography session was conducted in a completely proper and professional manner, and this release was willingly signed. I affirm that I am more than 18 years of age. I/we have read this release and fully understand its contents.
